Shipping & Returns

I want you to be happy with the artwork you choose for your home. Returns of ready-to-ship original artwork are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me at amy@amyremling.com before returning your order.

Returned artwork must be in its original condition and securely packaged, preferably using the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the artwork arrives back safely. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original paintings that are individually painted for you after purchase are considered custom orders and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Orders: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. I’ll work with you directly to make it right.
